Sip & Cycle Getaway Experience

Your three day experience includes the following:

Enjoy dinner at Varaison Vineyard’s Fire Pit Friday*, featuring Artisan wood-fired pizzas, wine, wine cocktails, and hard cider anytime from 6pm to 10pm.

Saturday morning, collect a cruiser bike from Rapid Creek Cycles and a Brix Picnic Box from 13 ˚Brix Cider Bistro in downtown Palisade and embark on your day of picturesque sightseeing and sampling.

Begin your tour at Varaison Vineyards and Winery, a family-owned estate—where the experience extends beyond the lip of the glass. Savor the exceptional results when Old World grapes are paired with a Colorado terroir and winemaker’s artistry. Engage in an unique wine experience defined by rich, distinctive flavors, followed by a picnic lunch, including a glass of wine.

Continue your day with a self-guided tour of suggested wineries in Palisade to savor a variety of styles and varietals in Colorado’s Wine Country.

Saturday evening gather for an exclusive Sparkle & Dine Silo Experience at the Estate.

Conclude your weekend with an exclusive Sunday Brunch at 13 ˚Brix Cider Bistro anytime between 10am to 2pm.

Sip and Cycle Getaway pricing is $250.00 per person, plus tax. Please afford us the courtesy of a weeks notice to create your marvelous event. We are exclusively able to accommodate a vegetarian meal option when given notice at the time of booking.

*Our Sip & Cycle Getaway is designed for a three day experience spanning Friday, Saturday,and Sunday. We do have a limited ability to accommodate your group on a start day of Thursday or Saturday. Meal locations and quote will adjust accordingly, details provided upon inquiry.
