Varaison Vineyards and Winery

Established in 2008 with the assistance of Dr. Michael Marriott of David Austin Roses, the site is a scale version of a designed garden in East Sussex England.  Nearly 1500 old English roses from David Austin adorn the nearly one acre site surrounding a vintage gazebo. The perfect place for weddings, vow renewals, casual lunch, or just a glass of wine. 

The smell of deep rose, Myrrh, sandalwood, vanilla, spice, and carnation are just some of the scents produced by these spectacular specimens. Displayed are the many colors of red, pink, white, peach, orange, and yellow with the peak of bloom being late May to late June.  In full bloom there are nearly 30,000 blossoms in the garden at any one time.
