Varaison Vineyards and Winery

    The Pavilion and surrounding patio space act as Varaison’s primary wine tasting environment. The open-air indoor space and cheerful outdoor umbrellaed tables allow for your year-round enjoyment of the scenic Bookcliffs and surrounding vineyard. Your server will host your wine experience alongside other guests in our recently completed venue space.

   The Varaison venue offers a large, unconstrained pavilion for wedding receptions, tour groups, reunions, parties and entertainment events. Boasting an adjoining fire pit and outdoor patio, the space can host a casual event perfectly suited to any spring, summer or autumn evening. The Varaison Pavilion is designed as a covered dining venue encompassing 2500 square feet of open space, and seating at 60” round tables for up to 120 guests under one roof. Three indoor ADA-compliant restrooms ensure adequate services. With rustic wood paneling, an open beam ceiling, modern poly-carbonate panels and enchanting lighting, the spacious venue is easily custom-styled for a variety of occasions. Valet parking for up to 80 cars on the premises provides security and convenience for our guests. No off-site or street parking is required to accommodate large gatherings. Additional tents can be added to furnish shelter for groups as large as 300. A complete catering kitchen is available for food preparation, storage and serving. Power is plentiful for plugin services such as photo booths, sound equipment and additional lighting if desired.
