Varaison Vineyards, 13 ˚Brix Cider Bistro, and Rapid Creek Cycles partnered together to provide a terrific experience for wine tasters in Palisade. Our selection is designed to introduce you to the distinct flavors Palisade has to offer, enjoyed in signature cruising style. Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Your three day experience includes the following:   Enjoy dinner at Varaison Vineyard’s Fire Pit Friday*, featuring Artisan wood-fired pizzas, wine, wine cocktails, and hard cider anytime from 6pm to 10pm.   Saturday morning, collect a cruiser bike from Rapid Creek Cycles and a Brix Picnic Box from 13 ˚Brix Cider Bistro in downtown Palisade and embark on your day of self-guided sightseeing and sampling.    Begin your tour at Varaison Vineyards and Winery, a family-owned estate—where the experience extends beyond the lip of the glass. Savor the results when Old World grapes are paired with a Colorado terroir and winemaker’s artistry. Engage in a unique wine experience defined by rich, distinctive flavors.   Continue your day with a self-guided tour of suggested wineries in Palisade to savor a variety of styles and varietals in Colorado’s Wine Country.    Saturday evening gather for a Sparkle & Dine Silo Experience at the Estate.    Conclude your weekend with a Sunday Brunch at 13 ˚Brix Cider Bistro anytime between 10am to 2pm.    Sip and Cycle Getaway pricing is $250.00 per person, plus tax.  We are able to accommodate a meal alteration for vegetarian or gluten free meals when given notice at the time of booking. Sorry, no other dietary restrictions can be accommodated at this time. *Our Sip & Cycle Getaway is designed for a three day experience spanning Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We do have an extremely limited ability to accommodate your group on a start day of Thursday or Saturday. Meal locations and quote will adjust accordingly, details provided upon your emailed inquiry.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your or adjust your Bike Excursion, we invite you to reach us at 970.464.4928. We ask you kindly give us 5 days notice (the Monday prior to your Excursion) so we can best accommodate all our guests and partners.
